Ingredients

  • Red Chilli: 1 red chilli (seeds removed if you like), chopped
  • Carrot: 2 carrots, grated
  • Lime: zest and juice 2 limes
  • Sunflower Oil: sunflower oil
  • Ginger: 2cm/ 3/4 in piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • Light Muscovado Sugar: a little light muscovado sugar
  • Sesame: 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Cabbage: 1/2 white cabbage, finely shredded

Directions

  1. Very simply, you just mix the cabbage, carrots, ginger, chilli, lime zest and juice, the sesame seeds and oils with salt, then add a little sugar to taste. It will keep in the fridge for up to a couple of days.
