Ingredients

  • Natural Yogurt: 4 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
  • Lime Juice: lemon or lime juice, to taste
  • Avocado: 1/2 avocado, stoned, peeled and cut into chunks
  • Honey: honey, to taste
  • Semi Skimmed Milk: 200ml semi-skimmed milk
  • Strawberry: 150g strawberry, halved

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients in ablenderand whizz until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add a little water.
