Avocado with Virgin Mary dressing Recipe
Avocado with Virgin Mary dressing is a Low-carb snack recipe for 2 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has tomato, worcestershire sauce and chilli sauce.
Ingredients
- Tomato - 2 tomatoes, quartered
- Avocado - 1 small ripe avocado, halved and stoned
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Chilli Sauce - 1/4 tsp or a few shakes chilli sauce (we used sriracha)
- Celery Salt - good pinch celery salt
- Green Olives - 3 piemento stuffed green olives, halved
Instructions
- Put the tomatoes in a bowl with the Worcestershire and chilli sauces and the celery salt. Blitz to a puree with a handblenderthen spoon into the avocado, top with the olives and eat with a spoon. Best eaten straightaway.
