Ingredients

  • Milk: 100ml full-fat milk
  • Natural Yogurt: 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • Cinnamon: 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Honey: 1 tsp honey (ideally Manuka)
  • Mixed Seed: 1 tsp mixed seeds
  • Banana: 1 banana
  • Blueberry: 50g blueberries
  • Chia Seeds: 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Frozen Fruits Of The Forest: 150g frozen fruits of the forest
  • Goji Berries: 1 tbsp goji berries

Directions

  1. Put the ingredients in ablenderand blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
