Ingredients
- milk - 100ml full-fat milk
- natural-yogurt - 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- banana - 1 banana
- frozen-fruits-of-the-forest - 150g frozen fruits of the forest
- blueberry - 50g blueberries
- chia-seeds - 1 tbsp chia seeds
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- goji-berries - 1 tbsp goji berries
- mixed-seed - 1 tsp mixed seeds
- honey - 1 tsp honey (ideally Manuka)
Instructions
- Put the ingredients in ablenderand blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
