Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Lime - 1 large lime, juiced
- Sesame Oil - 1 tsp sesame oil
- Mirin - 1 tbsp mirin
- Green Cabbage - 1/2 green cabbage or pointed cabbage, shredded as finely as you can
- White Miso - 1 tbsp white miso
- Soy - 1 tbsp soy
Instructions
- Whiskthe dressing ingredients together and toss into the shredded cabbage. Keep in the fridge (see tip below) until ready to serve alongside tonkatsu or other Japanese dishes.
