Ingredients

  • Soy Sauce: dash of soy sauce
  • Watercress: a good sprig of watercress
  • Tofu: 1 tbsp diced silken tofu
  • Soup: sachet of Japanese miso soup

Directions

  1. Dissolve a sachet of Japanese miso soup mix in a bowl with boiling water.
  2. Add a dash soy sauce, diced silken tofu and a good sprig of watercress.
