Ingredients

  • Ham: 300g shredded ham
  • Stem Ginger: thin slices of stem ginger in syrup
  • Biscuit: 2 x 130g boxes of biscuits for cheese (we used charcoal wafers)

Directions

  1. Assemble the canapes by topping the biscuits with thin slices of the stem ginger in syrup and spoonfuls of shredded ham. Can be made up to 1 hr ahead.
