Ingredients
- Cucumber: 10cm piece cucumber, roughly chopped
- Kale: generous handful kale, washed well
- Avocado: 1/2 avocado, peeled, stoned and roughly chopped
- Spinach: generous handful spinach
- Pineapple: 50g pineapple chunks
- Coconut: 300ml coconut water
Directions
- Put the avocado, spinach, kale, pineapple and cucumber in theblender.
- Top up with coconut water, then blitz until smooth.
