Ingredients

  • Cucumber: 10cm piece cucumber, roughly chopped
  • Kale: generous handful kale, washed well
  • Avocado: 1/2 avocado, peeled, stoned and roughly chopped
  • Spinach: generous handful spinach
  • Pineapple: 50g pineapple chunks
  • Coconut: 300ml coconut water

Directions

  1. Put the avocado, spinach, kale, pineapple and cucumber in theblender.
  2. Top up with coconut water, then blitz until smooth.
