Kiwi fruit smoothie
Ingredients
- kiwi-fruit - 3 peeled kiwi fruit
- mango - 1 mango, peeled, stoned and chopped
- pineapple-juice - 500ml pineapple juice
- banana - 1 banana, sliced
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients in ablenderand blitz until smooth then pour into 2 tall glasses.
Smoothie recipe for 2 – 3 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has kiwi fruit, mango, pineapple juice and banana.
