Lemon linguine with ham
Ingredients
- linguine - 400g linguine
- frozen-pea - cupful frozen peas
- creme-fraiche - 200ml tub creme fraiche
- lemon - grated zest 1/2 lemon and juice of 1 lemon
- ham - 3-4 slices of cooked ham, cut into strips
Instructions
- Cook pasta following pack instructions, adding the peas for the final 2 mins of cooking.
- Drain the pasta well and return to the pan. Stir in the creme fraiche, lemon zest and juice, then season. Serve with the ham strips scattered over.
