Mango & banana smoothie
Ingredients
- mango - 1 medium mango
- banana - 1 banana
- orange-juice - 500ml orange juice
- ice-cube - 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Cut the mango down either side of the flat stone, then peel and cut the flesh into chunks.
- Peel and chop the banana.
- Put all the ingredients into afood processororblender, then process until smooth and thick. Keep in the fridge and use the day you make it.
Smoothie recipe for 4 – 8 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has mango, banana, orange juice and ice cube.
