Nutty cinnamon & yogurt dipper is a Kids' lunchbox recipe for 1 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has greek yogurt, nut butter and ground cinnamon.
Ingredients
- Carrot - carrot sticks
- Greek Yogurt - 100g natural Greek yogurt
- Apple - apple wedges (tossed in a little lemon juice to prevent them turning brown)
- Honey - 1 tsp honey
- Celery - celery sticks
- Ground Cinnamon - 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Nut Butter - 1 tbsp nut butter (try almond or cashew)
- Rice Cake - mini rice cakes or crackers (choose gluten-free brands if necessary)
Instructions
- In a small tub, mix together the yogurt, nut butter, cinnamon and honey. Serve with apple wedges (tossed in a little lemon juice to prevent them turning brown), celery or carrot sticks, and mini rice cakes or crackers.
