Peach punch Recipe
Peach punch is a Punch recipe for 8 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has caster sugar, lemon and rose wine.
Ingredients
- Lemon - zest and juice 1 1/2 lemon
- Caster Sugar - 4 tbsp caster sugar
- Peach - 1 peach, sliced
- Ice Cube - ice cubes
- Rose Wine - 750ml bottle rose wine
- Soda Water - 1l bottle of soda water or tonic
- Schnapps - 150ml peach schnapps
Instructions
- Heat the sugar with the lemon zest and 100ml water until the sugar dissolves. Cool, pour into a jug and add the wine, lemon juice and schnapps.
- When ready to serve add plenty of ice and the fruit and top up with the soda or tonic to taste.
