Ingredients

  • Thyme: 1/2 small bunch thyme
  • Honey: 1 tbsp honey, plus more to taste
  • Gin: 100ml gin
  • Pink Grapefruit: 200ml pink grapefruit juice
  • Ice: ice
  • Rose Wine: 750ml rose wine
  • Vermouth: 25ml red vermouth
  • Campari: 50ml Campari

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients together in a punch bowl, add lots of ice, stir gently and serve immediately.
