Puff pizza tart Recipe
Puff pizza tart is a Pizza recipe for 4 people, takes only 15 mins; recipe has puff pastry, red pesto and salami.
Ingredients
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil - drizzle extra-virgin olive oil (optional)
- Rocket - handful rocket, to serve (optional)
- Mozzarella - 125g ball mozzarella, torn into pieces
- Salami - 70g pack sliced salami
- Red Pesto - 5 tbsp red pesto
- Puff Pastry - 375g sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
Instructions
- Heat oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7. Unroll the pastry onto a large baking sheet and prick all over with a fork. Spread over the pesto, leaving a border of roughly 1 inch around the edge. Layer on the salami, top with the torn mozzarella and some seasoning, then bake for 15-20 mins until the pastry is golden, risen and crisp.
- Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil, if you like, and scatter over some rocket.
