Ingredients

  • Cinnamon: pinch of ground cinnamon, to serve
  • Lemon Juice: 50ml lemon juice
  • Egg White: 1 large egg white
  • Ice: ice
  • Ceylon Arrack: 50ml Ceylon arrack (see where to buy at ceylonarrack.com)
  • Vanilla Syrup: 50ml vanilla syrup

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake without any ice. Add some ice and shake again. Strain into a coupette glass, then dust with cinnamon.
