Purple sprouting broccoli with almonds Recipe
Vegan Christmas recipe for 6 people, takes only 3 mins; recipe has purple sprouting broccoli, olive oil and flaked almond.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 3 tbsp olive oil
- Purple Sprouting Broccoli - 450g purple sprouting broccoli or thin-stemmed broccoli, tough stems removed
- Flaked Almond - 25g flaked almonds, toasted
Instructions
- Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Toss in the broccoli and cook for 2-3 mins until tender, then drain and set aside. Serve at room temperature with the oil drizzled over and the flaked almonds sprinkled on top.
