Smoked salmon, miso & sesame tartine
Ingredients
- miso - 2 tbsp white miso
- tahini - 2 tbsp tahini
- bread - 4 slices of your favourite bread bread (we used sourdough)
- smoked-salmon - 100g pack smoked salmon
- cucumber - 1/2 cucumber, cut into thin rounds
- black-sesame-seed - 1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix the miso with the tahini and 1 tbsp water in abowlto make a spreadable paste. Toast the bread, then top with the miso paste, salmon, cucumber and black sesame seeds.
