Ingredients

  • Carrot: 500ml carrot juice, chilled
  • Lime: juice 1 lime
  • Ginger: small piece ginger, peeled
  • Pineapple: 200g pineapple (fresh or canned)
  • Banana: 2 bananas, broken into chunks
  • Cashew Nut: 20g cashew nuts

Directions

  1. Put the ingredients in ablenderand whizz until smooth. Drink straight away or pour into a bottle to drink on the go.Will keep in the fridge for a day.
