Ingredients

  • Yogurt: 450g pot fat-free strawberry yogurt
  • Milk: 100ml milk
  • Honey: 2 tsp honey (optional)
  • Porridge Oat: 25g porridge oat
  • Berry: 450g bag frozen berry

Directions

  1. Whizz the berries, yogurt and milk together with a stick blender until smooth. Stir through the porridge oats, then pour into 4 glasses and serve with a drizzle of honey, if you like.
