Sweet potato crisps
Ingredients
- sweet-potato - 1/4 small sweet potato
- olive-oil - 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and slice the sweet potato thinly. Toss with the olive oil and roast for 15-20 mins until crisp. Leave to cool.
