Tomato kachumber
Ingredients
- tomato - 4 tomatoes, chopped
- red-onion - 1 small red onion, chopped
- lemon - juice 1/2 lemon
- cayenne-pepper - pinch of cayenne pepper
- cumin-seed - 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- coriander - handful coriander leaves, chopped
- mint-leaf - mint leaves (optional)
- green-chilli - green chilli, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well coated, and cover until needed. Scatter over mint and chilli, if you like, before serving.
