Ingredients
- Spinach: 100g bag spinach
- Polenta: 175g quick-cook polenta
- Mascarpone: 5 tbsp mascarpone
Directions
- Cook the polenta according to pack instructions. When the polenta is softened and smooth, stir through the mascarpone and spinach.
