Green chutney
Ingredients
- coriander - 100g coriander
- mint - 50g mint
- green-chilli - 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- ginger - thumb-sized piece ginger, grated
- yogurt - 1 1/2 tbsp yogurt
- lemon - 1/2 lemon, juiced
- sugar - 2 tsp sugar
- olive-oil - 30ml olive oil
- chaat-masala - 1 tsp chaat masala
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in ablenderand blend until smooth. Do not blend for too long, otherwise it will become very dark. Season with salt to taste.
Chutney recipe for 4 – 8 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has coriander, mint, green chilli, ginger, yogurt, lemon, sugar, olive oil and chaat masala.
