Ham & stem ginger thins is a Quick nibbles recipe for 4 - 8 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has biscuit, stem ginger and ham.
Ingredients
- Ham - 300g shredded ham
- Stem Ginger - thin slices of stem ginger in syrup
- Biscuit - 2 x 130g boxes of biscuits for cheese (we used charcoal wafers)
Instructions
- Assemble the canapes by topping the biscuits with thin slices of the stem ginger in syrup and spoonfuls of shredded ham. Can be made up to 1 hr ahead.
