Ingredients
- Butter: 25g butter
- Cinnamon: 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Bay Leaf: 1 bay leaf
- Orange: 1 blood orange, zested and juiced
- Maple Syrup: 1 tsp maple syrup
- Water: 200ml water
- Clove: 4 cloves
- Star Anise: 1 star anise
- Rum: 100ml rum
Directions
- Heat all the ingredients in a pan until hot but not boiling, while stirring. Let it sit for a few mins, then strain into a flask.
