Ingredients

  • Butter: 25g butter
  • Cinnamon: 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Bay Leaf: 1 bay leaf
  • Orange: 1 blood orange, zested and juiced
  • Maple Syrup: 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Water: 200ml water
  • Clove: 4 cloves
  • Star Anise: 1 star anise
  • Rum: 100ml rum

Directions

  1. Heat all the ingredients in a pan until hot but not boiling, while stirring. Let it sit for a few mins, then strain into a flask.
