Ingredients

  • Natural Yogurt: 500g natural yogurt
  • Lime: 2 limes, juiced, to taste
  • Honey: 1 tbsp honey
  • Mango: 3-4 ripe mangoes (honey mangoes if possible)
  • Cardamom: 2 tsp ground cardamom

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients apart from the lime juice in afood processorand blitz. Add the lime juice along with a pinch of salt, to taste, then pour into glasses with some ice cubes and serve.
