Mango lassi Recipe

Ingredients
- Natural Yogurt - 500g natural yogurt
- Lime - 2 limes, juiced, to taste
- Honey - 1 tbsp honey
- Mango - 3-4 ripe mangoes (honey mangoes if possible)
- Cardamom - 2 tsp ground cardamom
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients apart from the lime juice in afood processorand blitz. Add the lime juice along with a pinch of salt, to taste, then pour into glasses with some ice cubes and serve.
