Mango lassi
Ingredients
- mango - 3-4 ripe mangoes (honey mangoes if possible)
- natural-yogurt - 500g natural yogurt
- cardamom - 2 tsp ground cardamom
- honey - 1 tbsp honey
- lime - 2 limes, juiced, to taste
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients apart from the lime juice in afood processorand blitz. Add the lime juice along with a pinch of salt, to taste, then pour into glasses with some ice cubes and serve.
