Ingredients
- Basil Leaf: 4 basil leaves
- Tomato: 1 slices of tomato
- Soy Sauce: 5ml soy sauce
- Lemon Juice: 10ml lemon juice
- Celery: 1 strip of celery
- Worcestershire Sauce: 10ml Worcestershire sauce
- Tomato Juice: 75ml tomato juice
- Tabasco: 4 dashes Tabasco
- Sugar Syrup: 1/2 tsp sugar syrup
- Gin Mare: 50ml Gin Mare
- Fleur De Sel: a pinch of Fleur de Sel sea salt
- Arbequina: a few drops arbequina (or other extra virgin olive oil)
Directions
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with six grinds of black pepper and a couple of handfuls of ice, and 'throw' the cocktail between two shakers (or jugs) until chilled.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a tomato slice, celery ribbon, the salt and olive oil.
