Melon & cucumber punch

Ingredients
- Mint: small bunch mint
- Lemon: juice 1 lemon
- Cucumber: 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- White Wine: 750ml white wine
- Melon: 1 Galia melon
- Ice: ice
- Sparkling Water: 300ml sparkling water or sparkling wine
- Pimm'S: 100ml Pimm's
- Orange Liqueur: 50ml orange liqueur (we used Cointreau)
Directions
- Cut the melon in half and scoop out and discard the seeds. Using a melon baller cut the fruit into spheres and place in a large punch bowl. Add the lemon juice, Pimm's, orange liqueur and white wine then chill in the fridge for 1-2 hrs.
- To serve, add the cucumber pieces, mint sprigs and top with sparkling water and ice.
