Ingredients
- Thyme: 1/2 small bunch thyme
- Honey: 1 tbsp honey, plus more to taste
- Gin: 100ml gin
- Pink Grapefruit: 200ml pink grapefruit juice
- Ice: ice
- Rose Wine: 750ml rose wine
- Vermouth: 25ml red vermouth
- Campari: 50ml Campari
Directions
- Put all the ingredients together in a punch bowl, add lots of ice, stir gently and serve immediately.
