Chinese-spiced seed mix Recipe

Chinese-spiced seed mix is a Dairy-free snack recipe for 2 people, takes only 12 mins; recipe has egg white, chinese five-spice powder and salt.

Ingredients

  • Salt - 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pumpkin Seed - 85g each sunflower and pumpkin seed
  • Chinese Five Spice Powder - 2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
  • Egg White - 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 150C/130C fan/gas 2. Lightly whisk egg white, then add Chinese five spice and salt. Add sunflower and pumpkin seeds, and coat well. Spread out in a single layer on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake for 12 mins. Cool before eating.
