Ingredients
- Lemon: 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Mayonnaise: 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- Avocado: 1 avocado, sliced
- Crabmeat: 200g white crabmeat
- Wasabi: 1-2 tsp wasabi (depending on how spicy you like it)
- Nori Sheet: 1 nori sheet
- Hot Dog Buns: 4 hot dog buns
Directions
- Toast the nori sheet in a dry frying pan over a high heat until crisp. Leave to cool and cut into strips.
- Mix the crabmeat with 1 tbsp mayo, the lemon zest and half the juice, then season. Toss the avocado in the remaining lemon juice, and stir the wasabi into the remaining mayo.
- Divide the crabmeat and avocado between the hot dog buns, drizzle over the wasabi mayo and top with nori.
