Ingredients
- Spring Onion: 1 bunch spring onions, chopped
- Sweetcorn: 140g frozen sweetcorn, defrosted
- Red Pepper: 1 red pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- Olive Oil: 1 tbsp olive oil
- Honey: 1 tbsp honey
- Garlic Clove: 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Ground Cumin: 1 tsp ground cumin
- Lime: juice 1 lime
Directions
- Stir all the dressing ingredients together in a medium bowl with some salt and pepper.
