Ingredients

  • Lemon: juice 1 lemon
  • Pea: 175g frozen peas
  • Herb: handful of herbs, such as (mint, parsley, chives), roughly chopped
  • Garlic: 6 tbsp garlic oil
  • Bulgur Wheat: 200g bulgur wheat

Directions

  1. Cook the bulgur wheat in boiling salted water for 15 mins or until tender, adding the peas for the final 3 mins of cooking.
  2. Make the dressing by combining the oil, lemon juice and seasoning. Stir the herbs through the drained bulgur wheat and peas with the dressing.
