- Pistachio: 1 tsp chopped pistachio
- Pink Grapefruit: 1 pink grapefruit
- Agave Nectar: 1 tbsp agave nectar
- Grapefruit: 1 white grapefruit

- Segment grapefruits, removing as much of the pith as possible. Divide the segments between two bowls and top with with agave and pistachios.
