Green breakfast smoothie is a Immune-friendly recipe for 2 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has spinach, broccoli and celery.
Ingredients
- Broccoli - 100g broccoli florets, roughly chopped
- Celery - 2 celery sticks
- Spinach - 1 handful spinach (about 50g/2oz), roughly chopped
- Banana - 1 banana
- Desiccated Coconut - 4 tbsp desiccated coconut
- Rice Milk - 300ml rice milk (good dairy alternative - we used one from Rude Health)
- Spirulina - 1/4 tsp spirulina or 1 scoop of greens powder or vegan protein powder (optional)
