Ingredients
- Natural Yogurt: 4 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
- Lime Juice: lemon or lime juice, to taste
- Avocado: 1/2 avocado, stoned, peeled and cut into chunks
- Honey: honey, to taste
- Semi Skimmed Milk: 200ml semi-skimmed milk
- Strawberry: 150g strawberry, halved
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in ablenderand whizz until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add a little water.
