Ingredients

  • Milk: 250ml milk of your choice (we used unsweetened almond milk)
  • Ground Cinnamon: pinch ground cinnamon
  • Cavolo Nero: handful cavolo nero or spinach
  • Banana: 1 small ripe banana
  • Almond Butter: 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Medjool Date: 1 medjool date, stoned
  • Flaxseed: 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Maca Powder: 1 tsp maca powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Pour the milk into a high-speedblenderthen add the ground flaxseed, maca powder (if using) and the cinnamon. Add the remaining ingredients then blitz until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
