Green smoothie Recipe
Green smoothie is a Gut-friendly recipe for 1 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has milk, flaxseed and maca powder.
Ingredients
- Milk - 250ml milk of your choice (we used unsweetened almond milk)
- Ground Cinnamon - pinch ground cinnamon
- Cavolo Nero - handful cavolo nero or spinach
- Banana - 1 small ripe banana
- Almond Butter - 1 tbsp almond butter
- Medjool Date - 1 medjool date, stoned
- Flaxseed - 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Maca Powder - 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
Instructions
- Pour the milk into a high-speedblenderthen add the ground flaxseed, maca powder (if using) and the cinnamon. Add the remaining ingredients then blitz until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
