Ingredients
- Milk: 250ml milk of your choice (we used unsweetened almond milk)
- Ground Cinnamon: pinch ground cinnamon
- Cavolo Nero: handful cavolo nero or spinach
- Banana: 1 small ripe banana
- Almond Butter: 1 tbsp almond butter
- Medjool Date: 1 medjool date, stoned
- Flaxseed: 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Maca Powder: 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
Directions
- Pour the milk into a high-speedblenderthen add the ground flaxseed, maca powder (if using) and the cinnamon. Add the remaining ingredients then blitz until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
