Coconut & banana smoothie Recipe

Coconut & banana smoothie is a Immune-friendly recipe for 1 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has coconut yogurt, milk and ground turmeric.

Ingredients

  • Milk - 3 tbsp milk of your choice (we used unsweetened almond milk)
  • Lemon - juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • Ginger - 3cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • Honey - 1 tsp honey
  • Oats - 1 tbsp oats
  • Banana - 1 small ripe banana
  • Ground Turmeric - 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • Coconut Yogurt - 100g coconut yogurt
  • Baobab Powder - 2 tsp baobab powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut yogurt and milk to a high-speedblenderthen add the turmeric, fresh ginger and baobab powder (if using). Tip in the remaining ingredients then blend until smooth. Add ice and blitz again if you prefer a colder drink. Pour into glasses and serve.
