Ingredients
- Mint: small bunch mint, leaves chopped
- Pesto: 145g jar basil pesto (or vegetarian alternative)
- Broccoli: 300g long-stem broccoli
- Pine Nut: 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
Directions
- Steam the broccoli for 5-8 mins until tender. Meanwhile, stir the mint leaves into the pesto.
