Ingredients
- Spring Onion: 6 spring onions, shredded
- Tortilla: 4 flour tortillas
- Pesto: 2 tbsp pesto
- Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
- Cucumber: 12cm chunk cucumber,shredded
- Lettuce: 4 curly lettuce leaves
- Turkey: 250g cooked turkey, shredded
Directions
- Mix together the mayonnaise and pesto. Divide the lettuce leaves, turkey, spring onions and cucumber between the tortillas. Drizzle over the pesto dressing, roll up and eat.
