Ingredients

  • Lime: 1/2 lime, juice only
  • Kale: 2 handfuls kale
  • Avocado: 1/2 avocado
  • Ginger: medium-sized chunk ginger
  • Banana: 1 banana, optional
  • Cashew Nuts: 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  • Pineapple Chunks: large handful frozen pineapple chunks

Directions

  1. Put all of the ingredients into abulletor smoothie maker, add a large splash of water and blitz. Add more water until you have the desired consistency.
