- Lime: 1/2 lime, juice only
- Kale: 2 handfuls kale
- Avocado: 1/2 avocado
- Ginger: medium-sized chunk ginger
- Banana: 1 banana, optional
- Cashew Nuts: 1 tbsp cashew nuts
- Pineapple Chunks: large handful frozen pineapple chunks
Directions
- Put all of the ingredients into abulletor smoothie maker, add a large splash of water and blitz. Add more water until you have the desired consistency.
