Ingredients

  • Lemon: grated zest 1/2 lemon and juice of 1 lemon
  • Linguine: 400g linguine
  • Frozen Pea: cupful frozen peas
  • Creme Fraiche: 200ml tub creme fraiche
  • Ham: 3-4 slices of cooked ham, cut into strips

Directions

  1. Cook pasta following pack instructions, adding the peas for the final 2 mins of cooking.
  2. Drain the pasta well and return to the pan. Stir in the creme fraiche, lemon zest and juice, then season. Serve with the ham strips scattered over.
