Lemon linguine with ham

Ingredients
- Lemon: grated zest 1/2 lemon and juice of 1 lemon
- Linguine: 400g linguine
- Frozen Pea: cupful frozen peas
- Creme Fraiche: 200ml tub creme fraiche
- Ham: 3-4 slices of cooked ham, cut into strips
Directions
- Cook pasta following pack instructions, adding the peas for the final 2 mins of cooking.
- Drain the pasta well and return to the pan. Stir in the creme fraiche, lemon zest and juice, then season. Serve with the ham strips scattered over.
