Ingredients
- Gin: 150ml sloe gin
- Cranberry: good handful fresh or dried cranberries
- Cranberry Juice: 1l cranberry juice
- Vanilla Pod: 2 vanilla pods, scored lengthways
- Juice: 1l pear (or cloudy apple) juice
- Cider: 1l pear cider
- Cinnamon Sticks: 2 cinnamon sticks
Directions
- Put all the ingredients into your biggest saucepan or casserole dish. When you're ready to serve, heat to just below simmering point, then ladle into glasses.
