Ingredients
- Baking Potato: 2 large baking potatoes, cut into chunks
- Carrot: 3 carrots, diced
- Unsalted Butter: 25g unsalted butter
- Swede: 1/2 swede, cut into chunks
Directions
- Place the potatoes, swede and carrots in a large pan of salted water. Bring to the boil and cook for 20-25 mins until tender. Drain and mash with a potato masher.
