Ingredients
- Cumin: 1 tsp cumin seeds, toasted
- Garlic Clove: 3 garlic cloves, bashed
- Carrot: 500g carrots, chopped
- Butter: 25g butter
- Sweet Potato: 500g sweet potatoes, chopped
Directions
- Put the carrots, sweet potatoes and garlic in a large pan of salted water, bring to the boil, then cook for 12 mins.
