Smoked salmon, miso & sesame tartine

Ingredients
- Tahini: 2 tbsp tahini
- Cucumber: 1/2 cucumber, cut into thin rounds
- Smoked Salmon: 100g pack smoked salmon
- Bread: 4 slices of your favourite bread bread (we used sourdough)
- Black Sesame Seed: 1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds
- Miso: 2 tbsp white miso
Directions
- Mix the miso with the tahini and 1 tbsp water in abowlto make a spreadable paste. Toast the bread, then top with the miso paste, salmon, cucumber and black sesame seeds.
