- Carrot: 500ml carrot juice, chilled
- Lime: juice 1 lime
- Ginger: small piece ginger, peeled
- Pineapple: 200g pineapple (fresh or canned)
- Banana: 2 bananas, broken into chunks
- Cashew Nut: 20g cashew nuts
Directions
- Put the ingredients in ablenderand whizz until smooth. Drink straight away or pour into a bottle to drink on the go.Will keep in the fridge for a day.
