Tropical overnight oats is a Healthy breakfast recipe for 1 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has rolled porridge oats, coconut yogurt and kiwis.
Ingredients
- Coconut Yogurt - 20g coconut yogurt
- Mixed Seeds - 1/2 tsp toasted mixed seeds
- Passion Fruit - 1 passion fruit
- Rolled Porridge Oats - 50g rolled porridge oats
- Kiwis - 2 sliced kiwis
Instructions
- Soak the oats in 150ml water with a pinch of salt, then cover and chill in the fridge overnight.
- The next day spoon half the oats into a bowl. Layer with the coconut yogurt, sliced kiwis, the pulp of the passion fruit and the rest of the oats, then top with the toasted mixed seeds.
